✅ Eligible Returns (Within 7 Days)
Return accepted only if:
• Device has manufacturing/functional defects (e.g., battery failure, software errors).
• Issue NOT caused by you (see non-eligible list).
• Original packaging, bill, and accessories included.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
• Physical damage (cracks, dents, liquid exposure).
• Tampered security seal/IMEI or signs of misuse.
• Accessories missing or packaging damaged.
• Returned after 7 days or without policy-compliant reason.
⚠️ Late/Invalid Return Charges
If you return a device:
• Without a valid reason as per this policy, OR
• After 7 days of purchase:
A 5–10% restocking fee (or higher based on device condition/value at time of return) will apply.

2. Verify: Bring device to our Purba Burdwan store for inspection.
3. Resolution:
- Eligible defect → Full refund/replacement in 48hrs.
- Non-eligible/late return → Refund minus fees (see above).

• Timeline: Approved refunds processed in 48 hours.
• Methods:
- UPI/E-Wallet → Instant (might be delay in some cases.)
- Debit/Credit Cards → not eligible
- Cash → In-store only
• Shipping Costs: Customer’s responsibility (if online order).
📍 In-Store Returns
Visit: Shop No. 148, Uttra Bus Terminal, Nababhat, Purba Burdwan
Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon-Sat & for Sunday you have to notified us via call or WhatsApp within business time.)
Bring: Device + original bill + box + all accessories
